Mistake
I am sorry I do not speak your language. But I noticed that this article is not correct. It confuses the terms 'decimal number' and 'repeating decimal'. It's a bit of mix-up. Basically this article is about decimal fractions (and of course also about repeating decimals), and not merely about 'decimal numbers'.
