Parkour (tudi skrajšano PK; ali l'art du déplacement[1]) je telesna disciplina francoskega izvora v kateri udeleženci tečejo po namišljeni poti in pri tem čim hitreje in čim bolj učinkovito premagujejo ovire. Simulirajo bežanje pred namišljenim nasprotnikom oziroma nevarnostjo. Pri tem uporabljajo različne spretnosti, kot je skakanje in plezanje ali pa bolj akrobatične gibe. Objekti, ki jih izvajalci premagujejo, so iz vsakdanjega življenja, največkrat iz mesta npr.: ograje, garaže, strehe, ...
