Pogovor o Wikipediji:Društvo

I attended Wikimedia Conference this month. There, I talked with some representatives of chapters or user groups of countries or regions on the Mediterranean Sea. Habib M'henni, member of Wikimedia Tunisie User Group proposed to create a network of groups localted in that region, who share a commons culture and history. Nacim Aboura, from Algeria, proposed me to start that, and I accepted. So, I started contacting people from these regions to invite them to this network. Are you interested?

At this moment I know that Italy, Algeria, Tunisia, Amical Wikimedia and Spain will join it. In case you want to join it, please, tell me who could be a representative at the begining (you can be two people). You can contact me on Spanish Wikipedia or other projects, or via e-mail at santiagonavarro AT wikimedia.es We should also create a meta page, and chose a name for this regional cooperation group.
