template:anchor and template:sidro change

Dear friends; would <span id="{{{1|sidro|{{{anchor}}}}}}"></span> allow tree differnt type of syntax?

1. {{sidro|foo}}
2. {{sidro|sidro=bar}}
3. {{sidro|anchor=foo_bar}}
