• There is no free alternative and we cannot expect one to obtain, since the Citizendium foundation would not release it under the GFDL or any other free licenses.
• The Citizendium foundation does not make money off this image; hence, the use of the image would never be commercially harmful to the foundation.
• The quality of the image is sufficiently low that it is significantly inferior to the original.
• The use of the image facilities the identification of the site.
