Sezona Formule 1 1959 je bila deseta sezona svetovnega prvenstva Formule 1 pod okriljem FIE. Začela se je 10. maja 1959 z dirko za Veliko nagrado Monaka, končala pa 12. decembra 1959 z deveto dirko sezone za Veliko nagrado ZDA. Dirkaški naslov je osvojil Avstralec Jack Brabham, moštvenega pa Cooper.
